As a 30+ yr. credentialed Exercise Science, Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, Trauma Specialized Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Mental Health Peer Support Specialist; I'm committed to supporting survivors of trauma learn how to build healthier relationships with their bodies, and relationships. My integrative somatic therapy focuses on renegotiating the incomplete trauma responses in the body, which cause so much cellular, physiological and emotional damage. I believe in taking a collaborative approach supporting clients find relative safety in negotiating adverse life experiences as they heal. I’m passionate about creating integrative resources for survivors from all walks of life suffering from all types of physiological trauma.
